At AOXURA, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled, as it may already be in transit from our fulfillment partner.

To cancel, email us at support@aoxura.com with your order number as soon as possible.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personalized item
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Pet food and treats
  • Grooming and hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aoxura.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund for verified claims, at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@aoxura.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
