1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Time

As a global pet products store, AOXURA works with international fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Costs

All orders qualify for free shipping — no minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are fully covered by AOXURA and will show as free shipping/$0.00 at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive it, as it may take time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AOXURA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs office at the time of delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AOXURA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@aoxura.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom
  2. Contact the local carrier with your tracking number
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@aoxura.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aoxura.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
